On December 8th, MCW Libraries will debut a new web-based document delivery system called ILLiad. All of MCW Libraries’ document delivery users will create a personal account for ILLiad.
ILLiad will make it easier for you to submit your document delivery requests as you will only have to enter your personal information once, at the time of your first request. More than half (over 13,000) of all the document delivery requests that the library received last year required the requester to input their personal information on each and every request. The switch to ILLiad will save those requesters time since they will only have to input their personal information such as their name, e-mail, phone, department, and location once and they will not have to do so for subsequent requests.
